The Johnson’s live on the one the only beautiful Lake Tapps. They had a large boulder retaining wall that they weren’t sure what to do with. It had to stay but was UGLY honey just ugly. When Shayne purchased his home he wanted to do something grand. With a 7,000 sqft home and a 5 acre lot lined with cherry blossom trees and its own private lake, we knew it had to be good. This is one of our favorite projects to date. Mainly because of the beautiful transformation. Proof that a blank slate can become an oasis when you let the artists go to work. Custom landscaping, 3 tier water feature that wraps along the house and transcends into a pond. The view of the pond is accompanied by a paver patio and fire pit.
